Online Tutoring in Delhi for Classes 1 to 10
eGunas teaches Delhi students from Class 1 to Class 10 online, one to one, with certified human teachers, following the CBSE, ICSE or State Board syllabus. Lessons happen over the internet, so your child joins from home. eGunas has its office in New Delhi, but no lessons are taught there, and there is no home tuition.

When Delhi schools move primary classes to hybrid mode
Delhi’s response to severe air pollution follows the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP), which the Commission for Air Quality Management applies across the National Capital Region in stages. Under Stage III, the Delhi government must hold classes for children up to Class V in a hybrid mode: partly in school and partly online, wherever online teaching is feasible. The choice of attending online rests with students and their guardians.
The rule covers the National Capital Territory of Delhi and, by name, the districts of Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad and Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), so families on either side of the Delhi border are affected in the same way.
This is not a one-off event. Stage III restrictions, including the hybrid rule for primary classes, were reimposed across the region in December 2024 and invoked again on 11 November 2025, so a primary school routine in Delhi can change at short notice.
What a GRAP order means for eGunas lessons
eGunas lessons are online already, so a GRAP order does not cancel them or move them to a different place. A lesson booked for a hybrid school day can go ahead from home as usual.
Tutoring does not replace school. On days when your child is learning online with their school, the school remains responsible for the syllabus. What one-to-one time with a tutor adds is the chance to go back over whatever did not land during a shorter or disrupted school day.
CBSE Class 10: two board exams from 2026
Many Delhi families choose CBSE schools. From 2026, CBSE holds two board examinations for Class 10. The first, in mid-February, is compulsory for every student; the second, in May, lets a student improve their performance in up to three subjects. Both exams cover the full syllabus.
For a student in Class 9 or Class 10, that makes the second sitting a planned chance to strengthen weaker subjects. One-to-one online lessons can be scheduled around either exam.

An office in New Delhi, lessons online
The address on the eGunas Contact page is in Ghitorni, New Delhi. It is the company’s office, not a teaching centre: children do not attend lessons there, and tutors do not travel to students’ homes. If you are looking for a tutor who comes to your house, eGunas is not that service.
What a child in Delhi can study with eGunas
For a Delhi student on the CBSE syllabus, eGunas teaches Mathematics, Science, English, Hindi and Social Studies from Class 1 to Class 10. ICSE students can take Mathematics, Science, English, and History & Civics.
Lessons are one to one and online, with a certified teacher matched to the subject and board, at timings you choose. Read how eGunas online tutoring works, or see every course.
